The Ramapo Manor is proud to feature the art and craft work of one of it's favorite residents, Charles D. Kelsey. Charles is a very active artist and model woodworker. He is always positive in his relationships with other residents and staff members. There is nothing that Charles would not do for the Ramapo Manor. Whether it be drawing up fliers or making decorations, Charles is always ready to help. He started early in his youth working with scraps of wood and building models of barns and houses. He is to be found happily sketching and drawing pictures of animals, birds, and cartoon characters.Charles even mentors youths to take up art studies. He is a retired railway man and worked on steam engines earlier in his career.Charles has exhibited his works in The Orange Top Restaurant in Tuxedo, NY. We have taken just a few pieces of this multi-talented persons portfolio for exhibition. We hope that you enjoy this exhibit.
