About the Artist: "Less is more..." is the philosophy behind Fran Kendall's work. Fran displays a highly individualized sense of color, creating a certain feel for color combinations. Kendall's approach to the aqua media is impressionistic in hue and semi-abstract in design and composition. Her excitement for both her subject and the medium creates a painting humming with vitality, yet governed by the principles of contrast and balance. Fran has also displayed in numerous corporate art shows and her paintings hang in many homes throughout the United States internationally.
